Refreshing Sauvignon Blanc from Napa. Very fruity, good acidity, yet not too sweet. Absolutely smooth on the palate, with moderate length finish. No indication of alcohol percentage on the label, but I bet it's quite light. My paring suggestion: grilled white fish, paella, even tinned mackerel in EVOO.
